I would definitely recommend this place and would go back again without any complaints.

The cleanliness of the suite and the entire hotel. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

I'd say the only thing I didn't care for was the food prices in Cattlemans restaurant. In my opinion the food was a little bit overpriced.

Very nice room, the bed was very comfortable. There were free drinks and snacks being served when we arrived that was a very nice start to our weekend away.

We had trouble finding the hotel called ahead for directions and was givin the wrong street. When we did arrive mentioned it to the staff member we spoke to on the phone, her response was " uh hmmm ". Spoke to several people who had been waiting on their rooms for hours luckly ours was ready. Had a huge problem with customer service after our stay. The room was charged to the wrong credit card and after calling several times a day over a period of a 3 days and repeatedly my call being transferred to voice mail,and being told the manager was busy or not available. I was left a message by the manager that I should contact her by email 3 days after my 1st call. The issue was never resolved.

This place is beautifully designed with no-smoking rooms. It's in a great location, very close to a steakhouse on site as well as a restaurant and other hotels. 🌟

Spacious

Internet VERY slow at peak hours.

The daily service was excellent. The pool area was very clean. The location was comfy and magnificent, close enough to a local bakery and evening social hour. The hotel is relatively close to Cracker Barrel.

No telephone book in room (#415). Incorrect In Suite Menu (had to have one brought to room). Also, why did I sign an assurance that I wouldn't throw anything from the balcony when you can't access the balcony.

The breakfast here is on the house. There are omelettes and a decent variety of other yummy options to choose from. Everyone can pick something they love to eat! 🍳

Breakfast was great. Convenient location.

The room was so HOT! Thermostat said 62 degrees but it was over 80 degrees. I complained to front desk who said they would send maintenance but they never did. The chlorine level in the pool burned your eyes just sitting in the pool area.

The rooms here are equipped with chlorox wipes.

kitchen staff nice

We were trying to go to sleep at 1000 pm. At least 100 rude loud obnoxious teens, supposedly with youth group were running and screaming throughout the hotel disrupting everyone. I called front desk and it took 10 minutes to get through to someone. They moved us to top floor which wad where we had requested in the beginning. The noise continued for another hr or so. Then began the next am before 645 am.Front desk staff not that nice either. We will never stay there again.

The breakfasts were particularly nice, with a delicious made-to-order omelette and good options. The location was great, comfy, and close to a steakhouse, common areas, and a local bakery. The facilities were amazing.

Dated interior. overrun with kids who probably got a cheaper rate than we did. Overpriced to comparable hotels in Tulsa. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs poor, toaster beyond slow.

breakfast was great

the hotel allowed children to run around, yelling, riding the elevators into the early morning hours. And, the suite was smaller than I usually get for the same price.
